There are some Fedora rpm files here https://sourceforge.net/projects/deadbeef/files/fedora/0.5.6/ how ever need update to Fedora 25, Here is spec for the current version you could use to build it using rpm, based upon the mandriva spec file:

Tested and with and mp3 file and works. Spec may not be perfect but works, warning it uses ffmpeg-devel and libmpg123-devel so could not put into corps.
