What you try is to install the boost build for Fedora 26 (1.63.0) in your Fedora 25. No guarantee this will work (it depends a bit on dependencies), but usually it works. From here, click on the version to get Fedora's build system Koji, then locate the rpm you need for your architecture and download it, for example this one (for a x86_64 machine): https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/boost/1.63.0/5.fc26/x86_64/boost-1.63.0-5.fc26.x86_64.rpm

Installation is as easy as: sudo dnf install ~/Downloads/boost-1.63.0-5.fc26.x86_64.rpm (adjust the path to wherever you saved the rpm file).

If it complains about missing dependencies, you may need to install them manually too.
