is there a fedora that is as easy to use as windows?

I'm looking for a fedora version that is as easy to use as windows for my wife because i am tired of her windows computer crashing.

On my opinion you can try Fedora Live image set on your wife computer and see if she can used, in my case my wife uses Fedora on daily bases she use it as long as everything she needs is configured and she manage Gnome 3 with no changes, of course she had to learn it. If you want to avoid the learning curve as much as possible then try Fedora Cinnamon Spin, and let her find out which one will be good for her as long she do not need to run anything special (like a Windows app) she will manage with your help. Tell me what she does with it, and I can probably suggest compatible linux programs to do the same things. I have only one reason to log to my windows hard drive, and that is World of Warcraft. Even though wow is written in lua, they have never made a client compatible with Linux, so I keep windows around just for that game.
