no application available to open executables

In fedora 16 I can't open executable files, It give this type of message. I tried it even in different locations. What can I do?

Is this the application you're trying to run? There is a package for fedora, so search for it with the package manager (PackageKit) or install using yum on command line.

yum install minitube

to execute exec files in fedora you need and application wine (windows emulator)

yum install wine

to execute just double click on the exec file and open with wine

The problem is you are trying to execute something on an external drive or flash. By default Fedora does not permit this. Try this (when the drive is connected):

$ mount | grep noexec
edit flag offensive delete link more
