I went crazy, tried all BIOS related settings you can imagine. Fedora Server Installation would just not show the two drives I had connected to the server. It is midnight at the office, I have been going on and on for hours.

It turns out my two drives were part of a RAID array in their past life, and Fedora Server Install would just not show them to me as available drives in which to install Fedora during the installation process.

I pulled them out and formatted them on a windows PC (fedora workstation refuse to format them, I guess it didn't want to upset the server) so that solved the problem. I have no questions, I just wanted to share in case someone runs into the same problem.

you should write a blog or a SOP of your experience with this issue. Like indicate what hardware you had, RAID, fedora version and what you did to get it working. That way we can converse more about it and try to find what exactly was the issue.
