Is there a way to override certain rpmlint warnings in the spec file for a package? In Debian, I could create a pkgabc.lintian-overrides file to override the warning. I'm wondering if there's some way to do the same in an RPM spec file. Specifically, I'm trying to make rpmlint ignore some spelling 'mistakes' (really just package names that aren't in the dictionary).

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I'm not looking to do this globally, but rather per-package.

Add a file in /etc/rpmlint to control the behavior of rpmlint.

/etc/rpmlint/custom.config

addFilter ("^foo-.*regex-match-for-rpmlint-warning")

Replace "foo" with the name of your package to restrict this override to only your packages.

Replace "regex-match-for-rpmlint-warning" with a regular expression to match the warning you are receiving that you wish to have hidden.
