I installed Fedora 26 on my laptop, selecting US English at each place I could. However, it is using Spanish. How do I switch it to US English?

In the control Panel on Language and Region choose US and set the input to English too. Also on the terminal you can do localectl set-locale en_US.utf8 that will change language to English. If you login on X server instead of wayland you can also use system-config-language to change the language.
