I want to install this nice package described on https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packag... So I try this from the terminal:

$ sudo dnf install backintime
Last metadata expiration check: 2:27:37 ago on Tue 15 Aug 2017 11:57:17 PM MDT.
No package backintime available.
Error: Unable to find a match

How to install backintime on Fedora 26?

A useful command to find software packages in Fedora's (and other enabled) repositories is: dnf search PACKAGE, i.e. dnf search backintime show the two relevant backtime-packages you need.

This software is split in two packages, so you should install both:

dnf install backintime-common backintime-qt4
