USB Mouse Stopped Working

I performed the latest DNF update for the Fedora 26 and now my USB mouse doesn't work. I unplugged it and put it in another laptop and it does work there. It is a Amazon MSU939 mouse. Below is the output of libinput-list-devices and it doesn't even show up there.

Check dmesg messages when you plug it. Usually it is quite verbose for USB devices.
