Fedora 26 Dnfdragora not showing updates but the system is showing 5 updates.

What about DNF itself?

It's there. I think it's synced now. That was weird!! I have a bigger issue. lol

Well, so I guess you were seeing updates in graphical software application but not in DNFDragora. It is not so unexpected, because, unfortunately, they manage repository data separately, so it is expected that one of them might have a newer repository data for awhile while the other one is still using older data. If you force repository metadata refresh in DNFDragora or wait for some time so that DNFDragora/DNF will refresh repo metadata automatically, you should be able to see updates there as well.

There is a plan to use a shared place to store repository metadata by different applications, but it is not implemented yet. I hope if it won't happen during F27 lifetime, it happens for F28:

Until then, it is expected that DNF/DNFDragora (which use the same DB) and PackageKit (which the "Software" application uses) won't always show the same packages.
