Hello.

How can i upgrade a fedora 26 PC without internet to fedora 27

I tried this method:

I have a PC without internet. It has fedora 26. I need to upgrade it to 27.

On another PC, with internet, i have downloaded all the packages for fedora 27, using command "dnf system-upgrade download" All the packages are downloaded to /var/lib/dnf/system-upgrade

The offline pc has the latest fedora 26 updates I mirrored the /var/lib/dnf/system-upgrade directory to the offline pc Now when i run "dnf system-upgrade reboot" it says "system is not ready for upgrade"
