I clicked right to show disk properties on nautilus but nautilus shows me wrong disk usage but not only nautilus do this. other programs from shows usage of disk like nautilus too. these are disk usage analyzer and Thunar. nautilus shows the properties of disk like the following picture.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/121yv...

in the picture, size of all files and folders totally 81 gb but disk usage 130 gb this is so nonsense. where are the files and folders of rest of the other size ?

df -h command output

My advise is to use df -h in the terminal.

I guess the discrepancy is due to some contents not readable. The size 130.7 GB used is derived from df which is accessible by all users. The sum of Contents 81.6 GB is rather calculated by scraping all files and as some files are not readable by the user you are using the GUI can not sum up all the GBs.

Looking at the output of df -h, You /mnt folder must have some other files inside and the data1 folder that holds the drive /dev/sda2 when you look at the disk Usage on /mnt will add all files and data inside /mnt that means you have a /dev/sda2 with 578G capacity plus other files. To confirm this please issue sudo du -h /mnt on the terminal

if I clean the disk with a cleaner program, can this problem be fixed ?

Which disk, first do sudo ls -lah /mnt on the terminal it should list all files and folders in that dir.
