just upgrade Fedora to newest version .

get an xp-pen Star G430 OSU Tablet . as a previous owner of the wacom cth480 and a current user of the xppen g430, i can tell you that the quality of the xp-pen tablet is amazing and even comparable to the cth480. it's so good for it's price.

it's small enough to carry around, and I don't feel any input lag. My only advice would be to find something to put on the surface if youre a drag player because they do kinda scratch easy .

First of all Fedora 25 is no longer supported, you should upgrade to newer version.

Upgrade should help for dual cursor issue, but if it's not enough, switch from Wayland do X.Org:

Gnome on x.Org

X.org server 1.20 is supposed to help with this issue on Wayland (by fixing XWayland), but it's not yet released.
