Is there any disk image release of latest version of Fedora x86_64. Which can directly burn in to disk and startup?

Welcome to ask.fedora! Not only are there .iso files for a number of different Fedora spins, they all come as Live Systems so that you can try it out before installing it. Just go to GetFedora, download whichever one looks right, put it on a USB key and have fun!

There's also initiative called Live-Respins providing updated ISO images, so that when you start a Live system or install Fedora to hard drive, it's already updated (current images contain all updates until 2018-04-25): https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/...

You can download any of those images (they differ in Desktop Environments, here are screenshots of what's available beside default Fedora Workstation's Gnome DE) and burn it to a DVD or USB stick, like any other Linux image.
