Dedicated graphic card not showing up

Hello,

I have a Lenovo Y700 14ISK laptop with the latest Fedora 28 freshly installed and updated. While running the "lspci" command, its showing me only the Intel graphic card, without my dedicated ATI Radeon. My BIOS graphic is set to "Switchable graphics".

I'm looking for the details of my graphic card to install drivers for it. Is there any other command I should use to view it?

Thank you! I thought it has to be at the VGA controller, I was just looking there.
