How to install non fedora wallpaper packages?

I want to install wallpaper packages of other distros such ubuntu, manjaro etc. I know I could download them from web but i would prefer installing them via dnf. Any advice?

To list what is available in the repos, run sudo dnf list *backgrounds*
Those are the wallpaper packages which you can install by using DNF.
You can install external packages with DNF only if they are RPM files.

The most easy way would be to download external wallpapers manually.
Extract the file archives and put the wallpapers into your Pictures folder.
Select which one to be used with GNOME Settings or GNOME Tweaks.
