I have python 3.6.5 installed. Don't have tkinter module. Tried (dnf install python3-tk) . I get traceback error "/bin/dnf 'line 57' no module named dnf". I get the same thing when I try yum.

Normally you would be able to install tkinter by running dnf install python3-tkinter. However, if running dnf gives you traceback errors, I'm guessing you probably have a broken system python. You'll need to fix that first.

The reason why you can't easily install it using dnf is because he package isn't being built for Fedora.

You can get it from https://github.com/lincolnloop/python... or https://pypi.org/project/qrcode/ or using

pip install qrcode[pil]

https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/tkinter/ does not look like the tkinter python module based on tcl/tk.

The real python3-tkinter is available in the repository:

python3-tkinter.x86_64 3.6.5-1.fc28 fedora
