How about unxz raw.xz?

.tar.xz means that file(s) are put into a tar archive first and compressed later.

.xz means that a single file (may or may not be a tar archive) is being compressed using xz.

yyy.raw.xz is the same as yyy.xz ??? what means "raw"... ?

"raw" does not mean anything useful. It is not standardized, so you may want to consult the source of this file for the filename meaning.
