I fedora 28. I was compiling from terminal unreal engine 4. The disk space was ending and I blocked the compilation with the ctrl-c key. Now I want to delete all the compiled files and possibly installed files and dependencies of the program I was compiling. Which instruction should I use ????

Any reasonable source installation is well documented. Usually it boils down to:

./configure
make
make install

and an INSTALL file with explanations, which one should always read. I guess the command you're looking for is

make clean

and then restart the compilation sequence.

For dependencies, you 'll want to use dnf history to see what you got installed and remove the ones needed to compile that you don't need anymore.
