Hey I am using Fedora 28 workstation 64-bit and I was trying to enable repository where repoid is root_google-chrome and repo name created by dnf config but it won't enable.

[root@localhost ~]# dnf config-manager --set-enabled root_google-chrome
[root@localhost ~]# dnf repolist all

Does this folder /root/google-chrome exist?

Anyway I would not recommend placing a repository into roots home directory.

Question is related to: https://ask.fedoraproject.org/en/ques...

Is it possible that your actual question is something like: How to install Google Chrome on Fedora 28?

The repository file you added to /etc/yum.repos.d is completely broken. You should delete it.

Hi @genodeftest ! Just to prevent you from getting "negative reactions" - you made a typo. The repository location is /etc/yum.repos.d. I would have corrected it, but I don't have the possibility/rights to edit your answer. Hope you don't mind ... once it's corrected, you'll get my upvote. Please give me a notification. :)
