I installed fedora 27 and it does not have this problem. What can i do to fix this problem?

Googling for "Could not find/resolve named package element: LNKA" has several cases like this. Some was fixed by a bios update.

either you have to wait for kernel update or patch or update from vendor updates ...

Another solution get the latest ACPICA version 20180810 of UNIX release than compile it for LINUX format using ACPICA utility ( i.e acpisrc ) or lindent

if you unaware of this process than file a bug here https://bugzilla.kernel.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=ACPI

and file another bug here : https://bugs.acpica.org/
