Hello, Having an issue connecting to my Wifi on both frequencies: 2.4GHZ and 5.0Ghz. I could see my networks but once I've entered in the authentication key, it says: Connection failed, Activation of network connection failed. I tried deleting the existing settings via the setting GUI and re-entering the authentication key. Current Network controller is an Intel Corporation Centrino Advanced-N 6205 [Taylor Peak] (rev 34). I'm running Fedora 28. I just completed an update which included an update to Gnome version 3.28.2 and all the other updates which come with the standard install of Fedora 28. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks in advance

Do you have a custom build kernel module for that wifi device?

Did your update include a kernel update? If yes, can you please try booting with an older kernel version? Does that work around your issue? If yes, then you ran into a kernel bug.

What packages did you update? If you are using dnf, dnf history info last and dnf history list may be of help to you.
