Most of them are for CRAKING and PENETRATION TESTING, you will find in KALI linux as default but you can use here in fedora but only compiling as yourself :

I can give you a hand with hashcat :

Dependency

sudo dnf install git gcc cpp

1 .- Get a copy of the hashcat repository

git clone https://github.com/hashcat/hashcat.git
cd hashcat

2.- Get a copy of the OpenCL Headers repository

git submodule init
git submodule update

The make

make

3.- Install hashcat for Linux

sudo make install

What about other

you can do the same for each packages just install the dependencies necesary for each packages, here are the pages from each ones :

  1. bettercap -> Precompiled version
  2. beef -> Installation -> Configuration
  3. bully -> n/a

    git clone https://github.com/aanarchyy/bully

Build

cd bully*/
cd src/
make

Install

sudo make install
  1. mdk3-master -> n/a
git clone https://github.com/wi-fi-analyzer/mdk3-master.git

Build

cd /mdk3-master
make

Install

sudo make install

NOTE : Dependency of each packages may change, just follow the procedure for each packages ...

Another ways to find this packages

If you're LUCKY you can find some person that packages from you in the Fedora COPR repo, just use the follow command :

dnf copr search [packages]

What About Other Option

Some of them have got A precompiled version just Download it and use it... or copy somewhere in your PC for example /usr/local/bin

Regards.,
