I'm currently migrating from Arch to Fedora and I have a dual boot with Windows 8.1. I need help with the best filesystem to use.

I have a 120GB SSD and 60GB is used by Windows (recovery, EFI and NTFS C:/) and want the other 60GB to have /. I use f2fs and it worked great for years, but Anaconda doesn't support it. What should I use for better performance and reliability since I have power outage almost every two months here, btrfs, ext4 or try to use f2fs (install fedora on another partition and then copy files over to the main partition.)?

The other disk is a 2TB HDD that will have a 500GB ntfs Windows data partition, 15GB with /var (I used to have this partition with reiserfs, as recommended by the wiki, how do I use it with reiserfs on Fedora, since Anaconda doesn't seem to support reiserfs?) and the rest for /home. Again, what filesystem should I use there, btrfs or ext4? I don't have important data that isn't backed up or can't be downloaded again.

Thanks!

With this many blackouts maybe consider getting a small usv. They are not that expensive and some models can send some signal over usb informing the system that it's running on battery and initiating a proper shutdown. This works at least on commercial NAS systems, I don't know whether one can implement it on Fedora.

ext4 is perfectly fine. Buy an ups if you care for your hardware and data.
