[Sticky] Diference Between Java in Fedora repo Openjdk And Oracle one

Since release of Java 11 the think change a bit... I would like to know :

  1. What is the principle diference between this two version?
  2. LTS?
  3. We have to paid for the use?
  4. Special characteristics? Talking About features
  5. Etc...

What has your question to do with Fedora? I guess you can find an answer in other forums dedicated to programming languages, or directly on openjdk or oracle java project sites.

openjdk is completely opensource and oracle one is proprietary
