I have a Dell XPS13 (9360) and upgraded from Fedora27 to 29, but since that - when the systems is on battery (i.e. not plugged in) the system seems to go into hibernation every few seconds. I'm running dnf update to see if updates fix this - any suggestions?

How do you know the computer is actually hibernating? Did you set up a large enough swap space in order to have hibernation? How comes it's blazingly fast, as restores in a few seconds? Or rather it just blanks video? More details are needed. And what hardware do you have?
