Is there a update management for rpm fusion like bodhi for official packages?

RPM Fusion: Goals

There is ongoing work for switching to koji, bodhi and packagedb.

That wiki page foomida linked to is from 2009. As ozeszty says, rpmfusion already uses koji and has its own pkgdb. There are no plans to set up bodhi at this time (mostly for lack of resources).

Updates are built in koji, and pushed to the -updates-testing repos, then migrated to -updates about a week later if no problems have been reported. Update reports are regularly mailed out to the rpmfusion-developers@ and rpmfusion-users@ mailing lists.
