I have Fedora 29 with LUKS encryption enabled. It was working fine, but from yesterday, it doesn't boot. It shows me the screen to enter password for LUKS and once I enter it, it loads the Fedora logo, and once it is fully loaded the login page does not appear and it is not responding to keys, so it is kind of getting stuck. I tried to press ESC in LUKS screen, and enter the password in the console, to see what is going on when booting, and noticed that a few of the stuff were marked with FAILED when booting, but it goes so fast that I cannot read them. Is there a way to see which services were failing during booting?

Otherwise, I tried to boot from the rescue mode, and issue the commands journalctl -p 3 -xb and dmesg -l emerg, alert, crit, err, warn, and here are the result I got: dmesg, journalctl. I also tried to boot using some of the previous versions of the kernel but still same problem. Please note that I have Dell Precision laptop and have dual booted Fedora with Windows. It is important for me to login at least once or somehow get some of the files inside the Fedora that I have. Any ideas what the problem might be and how to solve it?

I have similar problem on Dell Precision 7730 with LUKS encription enabled. On the 4.18.16-300 kernel, the system was loading properly until today. After the upgrade on the 4.19.14-300 kernel, the system hangs when the dialog is shown to enter the password. I have a completely black screen regardless of whether I am booting the system in graphical or text mode :(

After today's update with the 4.19.15-300 kernel, the system rises correctly.
