I am using Fedora 29 on an HP 1155. I added a wifi printer via the standard add printer dialog with the ip address. The printer will work from libre office no problem but I cannot print from Firefox, I get a message about getting rejected. I know the printer works, I have a connection. I added chrome and got the same results, no print from it. It seems like a basic issue but I have searched high and low and cant seem to come to the right solution. Any help or direction would be appreciated. Something of possible interest, when I put the ip address in, it detected 3 different aspects of the printer, I installed the main one with the same name as printer Epson Work Force 3450. This is one of the few work forces not in the standard menu.

Update. I downloaded the specific drivers, uninstalled, reinstalled and tried every variation in could I find to install this printer. It installs and works fine for anything but printing from a Web browser, Firefox and chrome specifically.

As a work around I registered the printer as a Google cloud printer and can now print using chrome but it seems like a cobble instead of a fix.

If anyone has a suggestion toward my real issue, I would appreciate a pointer. Thanks
