I am using Fedora28, I want my current installation to be replicated on another machine. So, I thought of converting my current installation into ISO and install this ISO in a new machine. For Ubuntu there is Systemback. How can we achieve the same in Fedora.

you can use this to make your fedora installation into a livedisc for dvd or usb boots : livecd-tools

noone will stop you from reinstalling it as a backup.

BUT:

booting from a stick, chroot into your hd, mount your usb-HDD-drive

cd /;tar czvf /mnt/usbdrive --exclude=mnt *

would be way easier.
