Hi, I'm using Fedora 29 and recently the following issue appeared: any time I am using dnf the line "IniParser: Can't open file" is printed but then a command executes without any problem. I honestly don't remember when this issue appeared and what could cause it. So everything is working, but this line is annoying and I would appreciate any suggestions on how to fix it.

Also, when I run commands with superuser privileges this line is absent

Please verify user permissions to:

  • /etc/dnf/dnf.conf
  • all *.repo files found under /etc/yum.repos.d

You should have at least read permissions.

All the files you've mentioned have rw permissions

Edit: Oh, alright, one repo actually didn't have it. Now everything is fine, thanks
