Somewhere in the make command:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lstdc++
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [CMakeFiles/xmrig-nvidia.dir/build.make:964: xmrig-nvidia] Error 1
make[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/Makefile2:74: CMakeFiles/xmrig-nvidia.dir/all] Error 2
make: *** [Makefile:84: all] Error 2

Don't know if it will help ?! run into an similar error, it stopped with "/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lstdc" I believe

fixed by

sudo dnf install glibc-static

I guess it might be "libstdc++-static" in your case ?
