IDE for C language in Fedora 18

can anybody tell me about the best ide for c (only for c language like turbo c or borland )in fedora 18 (excluding gcc not a ide )

I've always used Emacs, although the learning curve might be a little steep.

CodeBlocks,Eclipse,Netbeans are good IDEs for c++ I think they support c too

Also QTCreator is great IDE, it is very compact but powerful, it does support C/C++. Highly recommended.
