Skype 4 Error Message

I followed the Skype installation steps for Fedora 20 on if-not-true-then-false closely but I keep getting an error message. When I use the skype command from the command line I get the following error:

It is an 32-bit or 64-bit environment?

For 64-bits environments you need to install 32 bits libraries: https://ask.fedoraproject.org/en/question/9556/how-do-i-install-32bit-libraries-on-a-64-bit-fedora/

Yes, all required 32-bit libs are installed.
