Does adding the rpm fusion repositories affect Fedora's security level?

I wonder what packages are shipped from rpm fusion apart from restricted codecs to play patented media format files. If one adds the rpm fusion repositories will it affect the security of your Fedora System?

Officially, anything but anything you add, except the packages at the main repository of Fedora, could be affect security, stability...etc.

The RPM Fusion repository is a third party repository, but it's very well maintained.
