Execute below commands:

1. fedy --undo list

This will display the list of softwares with fedy

e.g. numix_themes is the software name for Numix GTK Theme

2. fedy -u software-name

This will uninstall the software.

e.g. fedy -u numix_themes

This will uninstall Numix Themes

Looking at this website: http://www.unixmen.com/tweak-fedora-system-using-fedy/ it tells us that:

Now Fedy will automatically add the relevant repositories that has multimedia codecs and install multimedia codecs on your system. In my system, Fedy automatically added the RPM Fusion repository and installed all required codecs.

This is means that updating the software you've installed should happen automatically if you run normal updates. So if you run this from the root command line:

yum update

all the Fedy packages that you have installed should be updated if any updates are available.

As this tool adds the repositories, the extra packages will be available through your regular package manager too.

fedy varies where it gets software from, so you can't have one answer.

For brackets.io, the operation happens in https://github.com/satya164/fedy/blob/master/plugins/soft/adobe_brackets.sh . It's unpacking a .deb package (which is unusual, because it could just as easily get a tarball instead of a package for a different distribution...)

There is a function there that looks like it will remove brackets. If you remove and reinstall it, you might get a newer version. You don't get the benefits of using the native package manager for updates when using software provided this way.
