How do I install Java in Firefox? Thanks!

yum install icedtea-web

(or use yumex to install icedtea-web with GUI)

Just due to my interest: Why do you prefer the Oracle Java over OpenJDK packages provided by Fedora?

Just in my opinion : It gives more control to use than openJDK
