Where can I get the Glibc GHOST Vulnerability patch details for Fedora 17?

You can't. Fedora 17 reached its End Of Life several years ago and is no longer supported. That means that there are no more updates for it, including patches for security reasons. You may be able to find the source for the patch and compile a new version of glibc that includes it, but even that isn't guaranteed to work because your copy of glibc is so old. About all you can do is upgrade to a supported version, either 20 or 21, as that will get you the latest version of glibc, including the patch.

Thanks, How about 'Glibc GHOST Vulnerability' patches for Fedora 20 or 21 and I am looking for verification steps to confirm its not vulnerable.

Current versions of Fedora did not need to be patched, the version of glibc they ship was not vulnerable.
