No. Ask.fedora isn't broken, it's moderated. That means that your questions, comments and answers won't show up until a moderator approves them, and asking the same question several times won't help because the moderators will just delete the duplicates. My suggestion is to be patient, grasshopper, and give the moderators time to do their jobs.

I'm sorry, but in my opinion ask.fedora is broken. The hint that the answer/comment was placed on moderation queue only shows up when I press F5 in Firefox after posting the answer/comment, I get e-mails notifying me of new replies I can't read (because they are still in moderation queue) and so on... Of course this is not the fault of the ask.fedora team but of the askbot software. I must say that participating this way is no fun and very often I'm thinking of giving up ask.fedora...

You can go to askbot.org and discus it there, but if my experience is any guide, you'll not get any replies. And, until they change the software, there's nothing we can do about it.

As this and other questions show ( https://ask.fedoraproject.org/en/question/63378/i-am-not-able-to-post-questions-because-they-were-rejected-again/ ) the administrators aren’t doing well. They always delete both questions, if one has sent it 2 times, because of not seeing/understanding this moderation »feature«. As Axel Sommerfeldt said: It’s no fun to use ask.fedora. A subgroup should be opened on stackexchange (like Ubuntu). The community here is dead or is dying – now even more with the moderation. An alternative could be, that a person (IP address) could only pose a question an hour or so.

If you want to open a Fedora board on stackexchange, there's nothing stopping you. Good luck and best wishes. I can't speak for any of the other moderators, but when I see multiple posts, I'm very careful not to close all of them. Can you give us any examples of that happening, or are you just expressing your frustration and impatience?

erik, please don't misuse my name. All my complaints are only questioning the technical flaws of the askbot software. Why it doesn't show the moderation queue note after posting automatically? (So no wonder it confuses new users.) Why does it send notification e-mails if the postings are still in moderation queue? Why does everything have to be moderated and not only new users posts? And so on... This really does not reflect the good state of Fedora in terms of quality, and the admins and moderators of Ask Fedora are IMHO doing a really great job trying their best handling this bad situation.
