I don't know if there's any like that. Here's a Wikipedia list: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Listofvideoeditingsoftware

Including amateur ones, you can find openshot and kdenlive in rpmfusion.org repo.

You can download the LiVES package at http://koji.russianfedora.ru/koji/packageinfo?packageID=185 or probably add their repo with these packages:

http://koji.russianfedora.ru/koji/packageinfo?packageID=81

(above package turns Fedora into its Russian Remix, so you can leave that one out and use just the two below)

http://koji.russianfedora.ru/koji/packageinfo?packageID=82

http://koji.russianfedora.ru/koji/packageinfo?packageID=83

It has other interesting packages there not related to your question, like deadbeef.

In Fedora's own repo there is Blender. It's a powerful 3d modelling app that's more complicated to use but it has a video editor too.

Finally, there's Cinelerra, a classic. But you would need to compile it (download: http://sourceforge.net/projects/heroines/?sort=date#reviews-n-ratings ) and that might be complicated.
