Hello there, fellow hat-wearers. I couldn't find a straight answer elsewhere so I'll ask here in hope to get it. 1. Is there any backup/restore functionality to Fedora similar to system snapshots and system restore from snapshots in Windows? 2. If it is not available out of the box, is there any application that does this? I just fine-tuned my system to a glare and really hope to preserve this state no matter what. Thank you in advance.

So does the LVM2 commonplace installations that Fedora uses. It just tends to cause performance issues with increased use.

"backup" or rather "dejavu" provides the ability to roll back files, directories or the whole system back to a specific date in time. Yum/dnf provides the ability to rollback transactions, including installs and updates.
