problem installing F17 on VM

hi,

here is my spec

>    Operating System: Windows 7
> Professional 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601)
> Service Pack 1
> (7601.win7sp1_gdr.120503-2030)
>            Language: Hebrew (Regional Setting: Hebrew) System Manufacturer:

>        System Model: System Product Name

>           Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz (4 CPUs),
> ~3.3GHz
>              Memory: 12288MB RAM Available OS Memory: 12268MB RAM
>           Page File: 3143MB used, 21391MB available
>         Windows Dir: C:\Windows
>     DirectX Version: DirectX 11 DX Setup Parameters: Not found    User
> DPI Setting: 120 DPI (125 percent) 
> System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100
> percent)
>     DWM DPI Scaling: Disabled

every time i try to install F17 with VM, i get a black screen after i chose start fedora, tried to mount from the iso or the clone drive, two diffrent iso,i gave the VM 2GB,

any ides??

i am also using vm on win 7 professional 64 bit with fedora 17 and its working fine
