Have you enabled rpmfusion repo?

I get the following output when listing *-wl packages:

$ dnf list "*-wl"
Last metadata expiration check performed 1 day, 19:28:49 ago on Thu Sep 24 21:59:21 2015.
Available Packages
akmod-wl.x86_64            6.30.223.248-9.fc22         rpmfusion-nonfree-updates
broadcom-wl.noarch         6.30.223.248-2.fc22         rpmfusion-nonfree
kmod-wl.x86_64             6.30.223.248-9.fc22         rpmfusion-nonfree-updates

All packages you were searching for are located on rpmfusion repo. Here is a description on how to set it up: http://rpmfusion.org/Configuration

Broadcom drivers are not release under any free software license therefore they cannot be included con Fedora, how ever rpmfusion.org compile rpm that can install Broadcom kernel module on Fedora. Install rpmfusion.org nonfree and then install akmod-wl which will compile the module for you and install it.

Good Luck.
