Installation of codecs is linked on the home page under Common Tasks (and asked and answered many times on this web site.)

Interesting that you were closing the question while I was answering it. Timing is everything.

@sideburns: Sorry! I updated the sticky codec post since it was still missing the information for F23, and I also updated the terminal command to install rpmfusion repo (kicked out yum, replaced by dnf command since there is no supported Fedora out there anymore that does use dnf by default. OK?

Not a problem. I wasn't upset that you closed the question, just amused that our actions crossed that way.

Welcome to ask.fedora. This question has been asked and answered many times across the years for various versions of Fedora. My suggestion is to go to the Fedora Forum (another good site for getting help with Fedora issues) and check out their list of setup guides. If you don't find everything you need, feel free to let us know and we'll do our best to help.

[META] I am thinking if we should maybe link the setup guides of on the home page somewhere??

Not a bad idea. Do you know who to ask about this?

Not really but I assume @FranciscoD_ would be the man. What I usually do for this kind of stuff is creating a new question that contains [meta] in the title and then see if someone responds (and people like the idea). Maybe it's not even wanted because this site is maintaining its own little Sticky posts.
