Fedora workstation has firewalld installed you could check what it allow using firewall-cmd command on the terminal or firewall-config on the desktop, but I think you need to install firewall-config not sure if I installed or it came with the regular Workstaion installation.

sudo dnf install firewall-config

to check you firewall settings on the terminal

sudo firewall-cmd --list-all

You can always use man firewall-cmd to check the manual or firewall-cmd --help to see more information

Aditional to the firewall Fedora Workstation has implemented SELinux which is a set rules implemented at kernel level that controll access services, ports and files. Read more https://access.redhat.com/documentati...
