My wifi seems to drop out almost at random and requires multiple reboot cycles before it will properly behave again. The device specifically is

03:00.0 Network controller: Qualcomm Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter (PCI-Express) (rev 01)

After a crash the following error logs are produced. The last three lines about 'chip reset failed'' are repeated continuously until I reboot and it decides it wants to work.

Attempting to restart the device with something like sudo service network restart doesn't help.

Restarting network (via systemctl): Job for network.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status network.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

Hi, I had faced similar issue. It seems like Fedora doesn't set default values for wifi antenna if there is drivers compatible issue (just my assumption). You can try few simple commands mentioned the link. link text
