I have 60 computers in a school, what is the best licence to get to use GNOME 3.18, how much will it cost to install on 60 computers. What is the best installation method and how much time will it take to install on each computer?

The license fee portion of your question is irrelevant (once you know :) but installation method is a very interesting question. I suggest you retitle and rephrase the question to focus on that.

Welcome to ask.fedora. Gnome, like all other software provided by Fedora is FOSS (Free Open Source Software) and is freely available for anybody to use without any license or fees for use. As far as installation time goes, Gnome is part of the default Fedora spin and will be installed automatically as part of the regular installation.

Minor quibble: there are licenses, but no license fees. All of the software in Fedora is licensed permissively.

And although installation time will vary from system to system, installations average about 30 to 45 minutes. I would recommend using the DVD installation method for your purposes. You can make 5-10 installation DVDs and then do several computers at the same time, so you can have all the computers done within a day or two.

Oh! I'd missed the part about installation method. I'd suggest setting up a few of the machines with Fedora Server (at least to start) and doing PXE network installations. After, if you don't have centralized authentication, I would suggest deploying the domaincontroller role from rolekit on Fedora Server and set up the system so students can log in with their own account to any computer, andhome directories will follow users around the school.
