Hi Fedora community,

I was using windows since last 6 years and just installed linux on my system for learning purpose and I loved it. Currently my system is dual boot with window-7 and F-17. I have two partition of Windows C: and D:. I want to merge those two partitions into Linux file system and I want to use Windows no more. Is there any way to merger Windows partition into Linux without reinstalling F-17?

Well thank in advance.

you can merge then but you will loose data so please backup before you merge, you can use gparted but i recommend "disks" that is already in Fedora 17

yum install gparted

With gparted you can manage partitions, delete them or just format with a Linux compatible filesystem.
