Hi, I have a glitch on keyboard-switch.

I'm now using Fedora 18, Ibus, GnomeShell.

I configured two keyboards in my ibus settings. (English, Korean-Hangul).

When I switch my keyboard by press Ctrl-Space (English -> Hangul), it's one-or-two character is still English.

  • Corrent: English & 한글.
  • Wrong: English & gkㄴ글.

"Wrong" case is my problem. Actually, when I type "한글" in my keyboard I press "gksrmf". so, it's one-or-two characters been recognized wrong.

Thanks in advance.

this language setup issues. ....still suffer linux system. 외국인들은 모르는 한글설치와 관련된 문제로 인해 수많은 사용자 접근과 불편함을 호소하는지 아무도 모른다.

  1. check system with a ibus system or a fedoa 18 system.

  2. Redhat....Fedora, and Centos, etc.... minimal install and extend GUI like a gnome or kde, and other gui.... it's a continus run like a problem.

  3. workstaion fine support hangul or good work. 웍스테이션을 사용하면 정상적으로 잘 동작합니다.

  4. detail install support for server and workstation a. check region and select language default settting b. im-settting, im-chooser,libhangul, hangul font(nhn-nanum) font install and ibus c. system-config-language install d. 프로그램-설정-입력방식 <- 반듯이 해줘야 한다.....

  5. # yum -y install im-chooser im-chooser-common imsettings imsettings-gsettings imsettings-libs
  6. yum -y install man-pages-ko autocorr-ko python-libvoikko libreoffice-langpack-ko hunspell-ko ibus-hangul ibus-hangul libhangul ghc-language-java php-symfony-expression-language ghc-language-java-devel system-config-language

  7. system install for GUI (Gnome and KDE...etc) - Language Support for library

  8. # dnf -y glibc* wxGTK*
