how to install matlab

I am new to fedora and using fedora 23 . Need to know how to install matlab

Already answered many times. By the way, you should try and use Octave instead of MatLab. I'm studying economics and ready for PhD. Always worked on Octave as alternative to MatLab since they're compatible and since Octave is a powerful, open source, free software you can natively run in fedora. It is available from fedora repos. For any info try and check octave.org . Hope it can be useful.
